Fast response, not overly pushy. Very trusting with a test drive and able to provide financing. I just wasn’t sure about the car, (as it was the only one I have looked at) so I didn’t go thru the whole process, but Steve and Ben were kind and helpful. Very down to earth.

The CR-V had already sold but I really enjoyed meeting the owner, He was very kind-didn’t push any other vehicles because he knew I wanted a CR-V. Even offered to keep in contact with me if he finds another good CR-V. I would definitely go back to Gateway.

I don’t know how to thank Troy at Gateway Collision for not only fixing our Silverado but identifying that the damage we had was caused by a horrible windshield installation from 2007 (not once but twice) and getting the responsible company to pay for the entire job when all they wanted to do was replace the windshield! We are amazed that Gateway cared enough to fight for us when they could have simply billed us ???????????? YOU GUYS ARE ROCKSTARS ⭐️??⭐️??

As a female I always feel extremely vulnerable when I am getting my car worked on. At Gateway I have always been treated very well. One time I had a clunk underneath my car that I was sure was going to be an expensive fix. The guys at Gateway took it in, tightened up a bolt and sent me on my way — no charge.
