Fast response, not overly pushy. Very trusting with a test drive and able to provide financing. I just wasn’t sure about the car, (as it was the only one I have looked at) so I didn’t go thru the whole process, but Steve and Ben were kind and helpful. Very down to earth.

I don’t know how to thank Troy at Gateway Collision for not only fixing our Silverado but identifying that the damage we had was caused by a horrible windshield installation from 2007 (not once but twice) and getting the responsible company to pay for the entire job when all they wanted to do was replace the windshield!
