Do I need an appointment?
We always recommend one. Vehicles with appointments come first, so call or book online and you will be in and out sooner.
When can I drop my vehicle off?
Any time. There is a 24 hour drop box at the front of the building where your keys and information are stored safely. You can also have the vehicle towed in at any hour and we take it from there.
What does the warranty cover?
Covered mechanical repairs carry a 24 month, 24,000 mile nationwide warranty, and 12 months of emergency roadside assistance including towing, jumpstarts, flats, fuel and lockouts.
Do you work on my make?
Yes. All makes and models, domestic and import, including European vehicles and hybrids. Our technicians carry the highest level of ASE certification.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
No. Estimates are free and walk in. Stop by La Vista and one of our body experts will look at the vehicle and write an accurate, competitively priced estimate while you wait.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes, every one of them. You choose the shop, not the insurer. We document the damage, handle the back and forth, and set up the rental.
How long does body work take?
It depends on the damage and on parts. Paintless dent repair is often days. Panel and paint work takes longer. We give you a timeline with the estimate and tell you when it changes.
Is the collision warranty really for life?
Body labor is warranted for as long as you own the vehicle. We are an I-CAR Gold Class shop, the top training recognition in collision repair.
