We always recommend making an appointment. While we do our best to accommodate every situation, we prioritize vehicles with appointments in an effort to be fair and efficient for customers. So, the best practice is to give our team a call or schedule online!
We have a 24/7 hour drop-box at the front of our building where your keys and information will be safely stored. You may also have your vehicle towed to our location at anytime and we will handle the rest!
Yes, we do it all! From routine maintenance like oil changes to complex diagnostics and repairs, our master technicians are capable and eager to find a solution and get you back on the road.
We work with Arrow Towing in Omaha to get you and your vehicle safely transported to where it needs to go. You can reach Arrow Towing at (402) 553-1700. Simply let them know which Gateway location you need transported to, and we'll take it from there. Arrow has been a reliable and great towing company to work with.
While we don't offer general mobile roadside assistance, you're covered with 24 months of emergency nationwide roadside assistance (including towing, jumpstarts, flats, fuel and lockouts) as a part of your service warranty when you receive service at a Gateway Auto repair service center.
